Conor McGregor has long been a fan of the superb Katie Taylor, recognised by many as one of if the not the best female boxer ever to live
given her Olympic Gold medal and early dominating world champion status as a professional so far.
Earlier in the year McGregor showed up in the dressing room of Taylor to wish her well done after a title defence and although he couldn’t make it in person this time round, he left a nice little surprise in her dressing room after this weekend’s latest win at Madison Square Garden.
A win in which propels the Taylor brand even further in the US and one that could set up more big fights next year as she bids to capture every single belt possible.
It has been reported that McGregor left Taylor a bottle of his famous Proper 12 whiskey in her changing room afterwards this weekend.
