WBC heavyweight champion of the world Deontay Wilder recently fought Tyson Fury to a draw in LA in what turned out to be one of the most dramatic heavyweight title fights in recent history.
Many believed Fury deserved to get the decision on the night and the fallout since the fight has hugely grown both fighters’ stars around the world to the point where a rematch will do undeniably huge numbers.
Likely the fight would do triple the numbers it did first time round and speaking to the folks at Fight Hub YouTube (hat tip) Wilder explained why Fury’s his main target next year:
One thing is for sure, as Wilder says, the heavyweight division is certainly ‘lit’ in a time where boxing’s glamor division once again is attracting new fans to the sport around the world.
Hopefully in 2019 we found out who really is the best heavyweight fighter in the planet out of the above three boxers.
