Mayweather Makes Big Claim About Getting Knocked Out

Tomorrow on New Year’s Eve Floyd Mayweather will take part in a three round boxing exhibition in Japan where he takes on a reputable kick boxer.

The fight will take place at the welterweight limit of 147lbs and will not go on either’s professional fight records.

Speaking to the media ahead of the fight, Mayweather surprisingly said on the potential of him getting knocked out tomorrow:

“As far as me getting knocked out or me getting knocked down, I don’t worry about it at all. I think if it does happen – that’s entertainment. That’s what we need to see.”

One gets the impression that he doesn’t really mean this, though.

There’s no way he’d put himself in that much of harms way.

Not going off his history in boxing.
