Tyson Fury Wins Two End Of 2018 Boxing Awards

While Tyson Fury might not have even gotten onto the nominee list in his home country of the UK for BBC Sports Personality of the Year award he has however being acknowledged by American publication and the Bible of Boxing – The Ring Magazine.

A magazine that is respect for it’s end of year awards every year in the sport and although owned by Oscar De La Hoya and Golden Boy Promotions, seems to keep it’s editorial integrity intact (for the most part).

Tyson Fury this year has won the Comeback of the Year and Round of the Year (round 12 against Deontay Wilder) awards.

He was nominated for five awards in total.

All in all, a strong year for Fury who looks set to rematch WBC heavyweight champion Deontay Wilder in 2019 in what is set to be one of the biggest boxing matches of the year.
