Irish professional boxer Paddy Barnes is known for his fast fists but equally quick wit when it comes to engaging in banter in the boxing world.

The standout boxer had a tough year in 2018 but this clip of him and his partner in New York should cheer him up a bit at the start of 2019 — as it continues to go viral on social media at the moment:

It is understood Barnes was reported fine and with no injuries afterwards.
On a serious note, this year will be a year Barnes looks to bounce back after stepping up for a world title fight last in incredibly only his 6th pro fight last year against Cristofer Rosales of Nicaragua.
A bout that ended in a stoppage loss (5-1-1KO) but one in the grand scheme of things that came very early in his pro career.
Barnes is one of Ireland’s most successful amateur fighters to date.
Don’t be surprised if another world title shot comes by the end of 2019.
