Pacquiao Rattles Off A 13 Punch Combination

Manny Pacquiao may now be 40 but the Filipino boxing legend really appears to have gotten himself in tip top shape this past year again working with strength and conditioning coach Justin Fortune.

Training smarter not harder is likely the school of thought in maintaining and repairing the Pacquiao machine at this stage of the game.

As well as focusing on his key strengths and attributes to get the most out of him at his advanced stage of his career.

One key strength has always been the famous Pacquiao hand speed and explosiveness.

While perhaps not as fast anymore as when he was in his prime, this video here from EsNews on YouTube shows he’s still as fast — if not faster than most welterweights in the world:

Pacquiao defends his WBA welterweight title against Adrien Broner on January 19th at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The fight will be shown live on Showtime pay per view and on ITV 4 Free View in the UK.
