Tyson Fury clearly hasn’t been hitting the booze or over indulging like most this past Christmas on food.
He’s been ticking over and not losing the shape he worked so hard to build up last year in what was a total transformation in the end.
It’s estimated that he could have lost somewhere around 150lbs in weight from when he was at his heaviest in his dark 2017 days of battling depression and substance abuse to when he got in the ring with Deontay Wilder last month.
Although the fight was scored a draw, Fury looks like he’s lost none of his focus or conditioning with this first training video of the year alongside coach Ben Davison:

Perhaps the only thing Fury will need to guard against is over training ahead of what is expected to be a rematch against Wilder later this year.
