Since his return to the sport of boxing last year lineal heavyweight champion Tyson Fury has made UK boxing legend Ricky Hatton’s gym a key part of preparations for his fight camps.
It seems to have worked a treat too between him, his head trainer Ben Davison and corner adviser on fight night Hatton so far.
The three accompanied by Hall of Fame trainer Freddie Roach made up a formidable team last December for Fury’s draw against WBC heavyweight champion Deontay Wilder in LA.
Although the Wilder rematch is not happening next up Fury is still ticking over as he awaits news of his next opponent most likely Stateside.
These pictures and videos today show that he’s been taking training very serious lately and keeping his weight down and can be seen alongside former WBO middleweight champion Billy Joe Saunders who next moves up to the 168lbs to challenge for the WBO super-middleweight title:
Fury recently signed a new deal with ESPN in the US to have his fights shown on the platform exclusively in North America.
News of his next opponent should be forthcoming in the coming weeks.
