Ex Deontay Wilder Promoter Makes A Good Point After Luis Ortiz Knockout

Well known and passionate New York boxing promoter Lou Di Bella respectfully parted company with WBC heavyweight champion Deontay Wilder prior to this weekend’s rematch with Luis Ortiz in Las Vegas.

No official reason was given but instead Floyd Mayweather’s promotional company Mayweather Promotions appeared to step in in place of Di Bella.

Di Bella has no hard feelings however and posted a rather classy response to his former boss’ performance last night.

A solid point, too:

That power Wilder has really is something incredible.

Once again last night he was losing a fight and really, not putting a whole lot of work rate into his performance it must be said and then — bang.

That power could very well see him go down as the hardest hitting man in the sport’s history one day.

A freak of nature.
