Floyd Mayweather the trainer is now in full swing as he swaps the boxing gloves for the mitts.

Reportedly inspired by his late uncle Roger Mayweather to do so and pass on his knowledge to the next generation of fighters.

It is no secret that Mayweather possesses one of the great boxing IQ’s of the modern era.

So him choosing someone like Haney to train is a big compliment to Haney in many ways.

Haney, one of the standout up and coming fighters in the sport — displays all the attributes in his work ethic and solid attitude that coaches look for according to Mayweather:

21-year-old Haney is currently 24-0 (15 KO) and last fought back in November beating Alfredo Santiago.
