Floyd Mayweather training two of boxing’s next big stars
In recent times former pound for pound head honcho Floyd Mayweather has taken a step back from various business interests for a time to go back to his bread and butter.
Boxing and being in the gym.
Indeed, Mayweather was known as one of the most dedicated gym pupils during his career.
Never straying far from his craft, his relentless work ethic was not matched by any of his rivals during his professional tenure.
Now he is passing his skills and expertise onto the next generation at his promotional stable.
The following footage shows him side by side two of boxing’s bright new talents.
Devin Haney and Gervonta Davis:

Impressive to say the least.
While Haney doesn’t have a fight confirmed next up just yet Davis sure does.
He takes on Leo Santa Cruz on October 24th in a real cracker to look forward to.
Even with Mayweather training him and in his corner there is no guarantees for him however.
It will surely be the toughest fight of his career. Santa Cruz is no joke to put it mildly.
On a side note in other news Mike Tyson vs Roy Jones appears to be put back until late November now.
Reason being to give them more time to build the pay per view.
When it does eventually roll around in November it will be all the more bigger as an event.
It will also give both guys more time to get in better shape at their advanced ages to create what promises to be a spectacle if nothing else.
Other reasons it has been put back include the drug testing requirements needed for the bout.
Another reason included the chance of clashing with a Canelo Alvarez return next month.
