Ah yes, this Oscar Valdez is a special fighter indeed.
What a win on Saturday night in Las Vegas’ fight bubble at the MGM Grand.
In all all out Mexican battle Valdez scored an impressive stoppage win over Miguel Berchelt.
Sky’s the limit now after this.
Here’s how he closed the show:

Impressive to say the least.
The win saw Valdez capture the WBC world super-featherweight title.
At age 30 a fighter coming into the prime of his career in the coming years ahead.
He’s showed his heart all along the way in his career like when he broke his jaw in one fight and battled on for seven or so rounds to get the win.
Actually fighting even harder and throwing more punches after the jaw injury.
Good sign of a champion, reminded me of that German fella Arthur Abraham years ago but this more impressive from Valdez.
The win tonight has really announced this special talent to the world now.
The victory improved his professional fight record to 29-0-23 KO.
Onwards and upwards.
