Watch: Carl The Jackal Frampton Announces Retirement From Boxing

Carl Frampton lost inside the distance this past weekend to Jemel Herring in what proved to be the final fight of his professional boxing career.

Going into the bout he promised to hang up the gloves if he lost.

He was a man of his word afterwards.

He did just that.
