The Andy Ruiz weight loss 2021 reconstruction has been one of the big stories already in boxing this year.
Fellow heavyweight and current lineal champion Tyson Fury did something similar a couple of years ago.
Granted, Fury’s was perhaps the most remarkable weight loss in all of boxing or professional sport history to this day.
But Ruiz appears to have taken inspiration from his rival.

Ruiz makes his first appearance in a boxing ring this year on May 1st against Chris Arreola.
