Former heavyweight champion Deontay Wilder has taken some time away from the sport since February 2020 when he suffered his first loss as a professional.
A defeat to lineal champion Tyson Fury.
Since then a number of outside the ring issues in his boxing career appear to now be moved on from.
It looks like he is getting ready again to step back in the ring this year.
Certainly once but who knows, perhaps he could get two fights in.
This looks like the first training footage from Wilder since the Fury loss:

Power still there in the big right hand. Respectful observation, perhaps a little flat footed and needs more strength and mobility in the lower body to spring off and pivot more off of the right hand.
Time will tell who his opponent will be.
Some quarters have suggested a third fight with Fury is not impossible.
Given the extended delays with trying to get a Fury vs Joshua fight over the line.
Expect news soon.
