Edgar Berlanga made waves in boxing over the last year or so.
Noticeably so in the fight bubbles of Las Vegas at the peak of the world situation that caused many fights to fall out.
Also causing many fighters to falter and come into bouts perhaps not as best prepared as they could have.
Not Berlanga though.
He actually improved, got better and came out of the whole situation stronger than ever.
An explosive young fighter, obviously it is early days yet, but like many young atheltes, he wants it all.
Speaking on social media Berlanga said he wants four things from boxing:
“I want the fame !!! I want the money !!! I want the success !!!! I wanna be great in boxing !!!”
Well, if he keeps focused, humble and his feet on the ground, his potential has shown he could go very far in boxing indeed.
