One that people who stayed quiet in the background on came out on top in. In the end. As usual.
Pointless noise. No good. The whole situation was reminiscent of Wilder vs Joshua a few years ago. It just left a very bad vibe. Across the board everywhere in boxing. No good. Keep negotiations behind closed doors.
By far the biggest joke in boxing for many years.

The result of all this fiasco was no undisputed heavyweight title fight for boxing fans.
For now at least.
No good.
That could well happen later this year however.
At least there is a fight to look forward to soon at though.

The winner of this summer’s Tyson Fury vs Deontay Wilder 3 fight likely will fight for all the titles then.
By the end of the year.
Wilder is being written off by many but will be dangerous. Not to be underestimated.
Speaking on the news John Fury said to BT Sport:
“I was told arbitration was not a problem. All of a sudden it was a problem. This arbitration could have been squashed in December. But they didn’t squash it. I can rattle on all day. The public know. They are not fools. Garbage.”

Fury and Wilder move swiftly on from this joke of a situation.
In what otherwise has been a good time for boxing.
Wilder vs Fury 3 takes place this summer in Las Vegas.
A definite date to be confirmed in due course.
