The Charlo boxing twins are coming into the prime of their careers in the years ahead.
Now, they have received quite the honor ahead of their upcoming bouts.
WBC 160 lbs. World Champion Jermall Charlo and his twin brother — unified super welterweight champion Jermell Charlo, as Houston’s world champions were granted a special proclamation from Mayor Sylvester Turner on Wednesday.
It took place at an open to the public event in the Charlo twins’ hometown of Houston.
Jermall returns to action this weekend June 19th live at the Toyota Center in Houston.
Jermell returns to action next month on July 17th in San Antonio.
