There is perhaps no greater honor in boxing than that of which Muhammad Ali grandson Nico Ali Walsh holds, that of which now competing in the sport his grandfather did and following in the footsteps of his legendary grandfather.
A journey that of course will always be linked to his grandfather’s name but one he is intent on forging his own path in.
Now he has more firepower and ability to do it after signing with one of boxing’s oldest figures and teams:

To have direct lineage from ‘The Greatest’ competing in professional boxing today is of in itself big news for boxing.
His grandfather transcended the sport outside of just boxing, as a man way ahead of his time.
