Deontay Wilder Coach Reacts To Tyson Fury News

Coach of former heavyweight champion Deontay Wilder Malik Scott is keeping Wilder training hard by all accounts.

That much is clear.

It emerged yesterday however that the original fight date with Tyson Fury this month is in jeopardy.

Much conflicting information occurred at the time.

The usual.

Speaking to EsNews YouTube (hat tip) Wilder’s coach said the following.

Before more information became clear after:

It has since emerged however that the fight is in fact postponed.

No official date or announcement has come from the event holders yet.

But the main network carrying the fight, ESPN, said on their official ringside Twitter that in fact the bout is postponed.

Hopefully all affected get well soon and something can be done with an announcement today.

Certainly to clarify everything to boxing fans.

That is very important today.

Clarity is key.
