A slightly under the radar world title fight this Friday but an interesting one.
Demetrius ‘Boo Boo’ Andrade the WBO middleweight champion takes on challenger Jason ‘El Animal’ Quigley.
Andrade undefeated in 30 fights (30-0) a skilled operator will face a resurgent Quigley on a three-fight win streak.
Perhaps a fight that might get lost a bit this week with the big Crawford vs Porter bout but not a bad fight to keep an eye on though.
It seems Quigley will need to use educated pressure in his approach with Andrade.
A champion proving very hard to beat so far at 160 lbs.
Providence Bruins and home town support will be on Andrade’s side moreover:
Interesting to see how the fight plays out.
Early rounds in terms of setting the tempo and pace could prove key.
