Future Boxing Star Makes Good Point On Training and Fitness

One of the great things about boxing is it is a craft that can be learned from all fitness levels.

Even just for health and fitness at times too.

The new Mayweather fitness franchise not a bad idea. Certainly boxing can be incorporated into health and well being way more in mainstream health and fitness, supplements and nutrition business surely.

The hardest thing of all though. Diet.

For many it is connected to their mental health, mood and central nervous system. Literally eating the wrong thing or starting your day wrong with the wrong food enough to throw many off for the entire day and ruin a day.

The old saying you are what you eat so true.

World champion and future star Shakur Stevenson made a good point today here regarding anyone can start boxing at any fitness level.

Moreover boxing isn’t a weight-lifting competition and this young man here clearly very sharp and solid fundamentals:

As for Newark’s Stevenson he last fought in a break out performance beating Jamel Herring to win the super-featherweight title:
