Last weekend saw Bulgarian heavyweight Kubrat Pulev knock out former UFC heavyweight champion Frank Mir.
Mir appeared to be out on his feet and Pulev held back from inflicting any further damage showing some mercy at his choosing.
The aftermath got boxing fans talking about the matchmaking in the first place for the contest.
Trainer and commentator Teddy Atlas said the following:
Pulev not long ago challenged for the heavyweight title.
You’d have to think about why they put Mir in there in the first place.
