With pound for pound star Canelo Alvarez recently losing at light-heavyweight surely now more than ever is the appropriate year to make this fight for the fans.
It would surely be a huge sell in America and Mexico in particular.

Benavidez really has the eye of the tiger of the moment. Alvarez needs to get the eye of the tiger back — maybe this is the fight that will bring the best out of both fighters!
