The nation of Ireland has been quietly churning out a number of professional boxing prospects and new stars in recent years it seems.
In years gone by two of Ireland’s probably biggest world title boxing stars in professional boxing being Katie Taylor and Carl Frampton of course.
That said, a new younger generation is emerging in professional boxing now including the likes of Callum Walsh, Paddy Donovan, Emmet Brennan, Kevin Cronin, Cathal Crowley, Aaron McKenna, Liam Walsh, soon Cian Reddy and one Tommy ‘The Governor’ Hyde of Cork.

Hyde has quietly but impressively being learning his craft and building his record in recent years and is already 8-0-5 KO as a professional super-middleweight (168 lbs.).
Hyde won the BUI Celtic title in his last fight and has been getting a quality mix of sparring experience, and fight experience, in Ireland and the US for his bouts so far.
