In some stunning news Jermall Charlo, a well-known world champion in boxing, has been arrested and had his world championship belt taken off him for now.
It has been confirmed now that Charlo was arrested this week for driving while intoxicated, fleeing a policeman and fleeing the scene of a car accident.
It has also been reported that Charlo was involved in a collision and when authorities tried to pull him over he ignored their sirens.
He was then found to have blood alcohol levels twice the legal limit.
Eventually being released in bond totalling $9,500.
Turbulent news for an excellent fighter.
