Roy Jones Willing To Step In For Mike Tyson To Take On Jake Paul

With boxing legend Mike Tyson recovering from injury Roy Jones says he is willing to step in for him against Jake Paul.

Whether or not that happens remains to be seen.

Roy Jones has said however he’s willing to step in if Tyson cannot compete against Paul this year.

The fight is due to be rescheduled on Netflix between Tyson and Paul to a date later this year.

Due to Tyson having a stomach ulcer injury that he is recovering from currently.

From an event point of view, it is unclear what would be gained however.

The whole novelty of it is Tyson vs Paul.

That said, if it does happen, it is not clear now if it will be even a professional boxing match now given Tyson’s injury.

It would be dependent on Tyson to be medically cleared.

The current consensus suggests Tyson will indeed take on Paul before the end of the year.

An official announcement due soon.

Most likely this week.
