‘Tank’ Davis takes on Frank Martin this weekend, whom he has sparred before and also one Errol Spence has sparred too.
Spence not long ago lost to the pound for pound best boxer in the world Terence Crawford.
He knows about big fights and there was some verbal back and forth between he and Davis before the fight this weekend against Martin.
Speaking to EsNews and others at the pre-fight press conference Davis revealed what Spence (who is part of Martin’s sparring team for this fight) really thinks of Martin in a private phone call to him:
“I ain’t going to tell you all what he told me on the phone though. That I am going to kick Frank’s *** and that you are only here for the money. Yeah. I got the recording (laughs).”
