Boxing star Garcia has constantly attacked Conte in recent months and has said legal action against Conte will be forthcoming from the Garcia team.
Recently Ryan Garcia had his convincing win over Devin Haney changed to a no-contest by the highly spurious organization that is the New York State Athletic Commission.
A Commission who’s leader basically lived in Canada for years and was hardly ever in the office, on top of that, suddenly quit as the head of the Commission after Garcia’s fight recently.
Garcia has been critical of one Victor Conte who reacted to the ban on X by saying:
“My advice to @ryangarcia is to seek mental health treatment & accept responsibility 4 your bizarre behavior. Calling people ugly names & making false accusations is only digging a deeper hole 4 yourself. NYSAC made a ruling & you accepted it so stop the hate & try forgiveness”

Garcia has promised also litigation for the Haneys on X.
It will be interesting to see how the legal side of things play out for Garcia over the next year with his year out of the ring.
