The win of a boxing legend tonight took out a living boxing legend in some fashion in his win over Daniel “Miracle Man” Jacobs.
Some will say that sure, father time caught up with Danny Jacobs tonight in the ring.
It happens in boxing and if that is the case, what a career, and moreover, inspirational life he’s had. To come back from cancer, told he’d never be able to walk again and then actually become world champion again. Unbeatable.
But tonight was Shane Mosely Jr.’s night by far:
Last man standing is right.
Very smooth operator and very impressive boxing performance.
His father must be advising him well there.
He could be turning into a chip off the old block.
Controlled the fight largely with the jab.
Brilliant win.
