The planet is stunned today to see the news everywhere that for the first time anyone can remember happening, a very small, tiny number of Russians have reportedly attacked and targeted a terminally ill kids hospital in Kyiv, killing cancer patient children and kids with terminal illnesses.
He has said on Twitter today, Vladimir Klitschko, that is:

The idiot Indian Prime Minister had the crazy idea to go to Russia today on a day like this. That will not be good for him or India. What was he thinking.
Of course there will be an appropriate response to those responsible, no worries about that.
No nation in the East or West will tolerate what happened today in Kyiv, the darkest day ever in humanity’s history, easily.
It will have devalued Russia massively too today. People will cut ties completely after today. Guaranteed. No good.
Good times ahead for Kyiv soon, watch and see.
As for Klitschko and his brother Vitali, great fighters and champions for the sport.
People like Bivol, Beterbiev, Fedor, and Khabib will all be disgusted by what they saw today in Kyiv on the above, and plenty of other, millions of other Russians in Russia, and not just in Russia today, from all walks of life, with all types and kinds of special deliveries ahead, rest assured.
What happened today is not a reflection of the good men and women of Russia in Russia and outside of Russia. They will respond in due course internally in Russia and other countries after today to those responsible.
They won’t tolerate that today. No way. A dark stain on the country of Russia that it will never come back from in the East or West.
Never in war’s history on this planet has something like that happened. Never.
