Watch: Japan’s Tenshin Nasukawa Now 4-0 As Boxer Beats Mayweather Record Now Total 52-0 In All Combat Sports

Japan's Tenshin Nasukawa

A big fight name in Japan has moved to professional boxing and has broken Floyd Mayweather’s record across all combat sports.

Tenshin Nasukawa is a huge name in the world of MMA and kickboxing in Japan but now he’s already 4-0 as a professional boxer with two knockouts.

Mayweather’s win over Tenshin was in an exhibition a couple of years ago so it is not listed on his official record in boxing or anywhere, to be clear.

The 25-year-old Southpaw went 4-0 in pro boxing in impressive fashion this weekend against Jonathan Rodriguez in Japan:

Very impressive.

Top Rank are some of the best at spotting talent early and bringing them through to title shots and title wins, granted.

However, they are not the best at making worldwide stars outside of America and Inoue as brilliant as he is, the best Japanese fighter ever surely, is still not a worldwide star yet.

He will be though shortly. Very soon.

What they need to do is get more big names and personalities in the entertainment world in Japan to go to some of these fights.

Get Inoue and the other Japanese boxers with them at events and so on.

Like Eminem is performing at Terence Crawford’s fight next week in LA.

But do that in Japan with big names from Japan for the likes of Inoue and Tenshin Nasukawa.

There are a lot of English-speakers in Japan of course.

Nasukawa is unbeaten in all combat sports as a professional remarkably.

His record in kickboxing is 44-0-30 KO.

MMA record is 4-0-2 KO.

Professional boxing now 4-0-2 KO also.

A combined professional record in all professional combat sports of 52-0 at this time.

Better than Mayweather’s boxing record of 50-0 that is.

What a moment and what a story for Japan.

Not just Japanese sports but for Japan as a whole.

Japan are waking up to this.

A special talent this young professional boxer is.

A very unique and special fight record across all the combat sports without question.
