The big hitters are well and truly at the Olympics this week now with Gennady “GGG” Golovkin in town.
One of the great middleweights in boxing history, Golovkin — has now gone more towards coaching since retiring as a pro.
Seen already this week in Paris where the boxing action in the Olympics starts Saturday July 27th — Golovkin is on the ground:
Not a bad assistant and adviser for the Kazakhstan team in fairness.
It doesn’t get much better in fact.

Eastern European countries in the last twenty years have done probably better than anyone in the Olympics at boxing.
This year however both Russia and Belarus are completely wiped out and banned from the 2024 Paris France Olympics in all competitions.
