Floyd Mayweather recently claimed he thinks Lennox Lewis in his prime would have beaten Muhammad Ali in his day.

Two legends of heavyweight boxing no less.

Lewis is one of the greatest heavyweight boxers of all time, defeating EVERY opponent he faced. But, Ali was the greatest. His legacy was tainted by fighting on too long.

You have got to look at it in greater detail . The late 80s and early 90s saw big improvements in training methods Lewis benefited from this. So what would a prime Ali do with the same training methods that Lewis had and not his old skol 1960s schedule

Lewis’ career has always been underestimated by many over the years though.

The two defeats he suffered as a pro he came back and faithfully avenged, too.
