US Judge Ruling Google Broke Anti-Trust Laws and Is A Monopoly Will Effect Internet, Boxing, Sport

As we called and predicted once again, no lawyer of Google could stop and can stop what is coming to the company and its senior management.

During the week a US judge set a precedence in ruling Google violated anti-trust laws and are deemed a monopoly.

We warned this would happen and what’s more — worse is on the way for Google.

Their complete flop in AI with Bard/Gemini has cost the company a fortune in a time luckily for them, has the losses a little offset by some good revenue in Cloud and other areas of the business.

However AI was their big gamble and it didn’t pay off and their share price tumbled around 25 dollars (at least) so far in the last month alone.

Now the anti-trust ruling will see judges and governments around the world hit Google much harder in courtrooms civilly and criminally — in both the East and West.

Google have been shown to be an above average company whom are far from all powerful now.

Remedies from appropriate judges’ will and must include breaking up Google’s monopoly in search and search in video on YouTube (that is a search platform as well).

Google must leave new competition enter the market and allow for increased distribution of smaller and medium size players in their search and video search monopolies — otherwise if they only allow big organizations to get the most distribution in these platforms – Google will be breaking federal law and laws around the world now with the new anti-trust ruling.

Judges’ can factor distribution to be rebalanced in the market to include small to medium sized enterprises to have at least a 50-50 share of equal distribution alongside big corporations in Google search.

Google can share privately the numbers and algorithms with judges’ or be forced to otherwise.

This will effect everything in the internet including sport and boxing.

More innovation and better products in search and YouTube will now come to the market soon who’s innovation was previously stifled — following the remedy to the ruling shortly.

What’s more, this strengthens Elon Musk’s X platform even more for advertisers to return to the platform after the ruling, as well as new ones to advertise there, particularly after X is now measured as the biggest social media site and news source in the world now per Similar Web and Google and IOS stores.

The whole thing will also effect the government’s litigation against Google next month too over ad technology, a case which Google likely will and must lose.

They absolutely abuse ad technology as a monopoly and this strengthens’ X litigation on advertisers, a small group of them, even more.

An equal rebalancing, restoration and equitable re-distribution of the internet’s distribution and advertising ecosystem is now taking place in the days and weeks ahead.

The result is better products for the public and planet — as well as more innovation which Google stopped but will not moving forward.

Boxing which is a sport growing more then ever will ride the crest of this wave and grow even more in the time ahead.

Boxing users will see more content across all platforms online as time goes on with sport being a key growth area in most Western and Eastern economies online at this time.

Why?

Sport unites people in times of conflict and unrest in society and hence with entertainment, influencers and celebrities more and more taking to boxing shows, this will grow in the time ahead online.
