Tim Bradley Brutally Honest On Gervonta Tank Davis vs Shakur Stevenson

Tim Bradley Brutally Honest On Gervonta Tank Davis vs Shakur Stevenson

Many including the prominent TV commentator Bradley think the two fighters are the best at 135 lbs.

As and when it happens as a fight down the road, who knows, hopefully soon.

Speaking to Title Sports Network Bradley enthused:

“I think everybody will be surprised how that fight looked. Nah, I was heavy on Shakur at one point but then his last couple of performances kind of threw me off a bit. It’s more from a technical standpoint. People think I hate on the kid because he’s not with Top Rank or ESPN. That’s not necessarily through. There’s certain things he does where Tank can take advantage of him and then there’s certain things where I can see that he can take advantage of Tank in certain areas. So I think its a closer fight than what I originally thought it was going to be just because of the recent research and recent results we’ve seen over the past over Shakur vs Tank Davis.”

Bradley, a former WBO super-lightweight and welterweight world champion, clearing up some accusations in the sport there too of bias towards Bob Arum, Top Rank and obviously his employer who he is a pundit for, ESPN.

The reality is the fight when it happens this year or next is one of the best fights at the highest level of the entire sport.
