This was a refreshing take from a boxing trainer at the highest level of the sport tonight.
He was new to working with Anthony Joshua, Ben Davison, but it looks like they will work together most certainly again next up.
He held his hands up and took some responsibility here too:
To see that level of candid frankness in a trainer in professional sport is rare.
That honesty is brilliant to see and he and Joshua seems to work well together despite the loss, they appeared to have had a good working relationship so far.
