Boxing’s Oldest Promoter In History Turns 93

Boxing'S Oldest Promoter In History Turns 93

Boxing’s longest running promoter is still going somehow and is going strong to say the least as he turns incredibly 93 years of age.

That is of course Bob Arum of Top Rank, who’s first fight was promoting the greatest Muhammad Ali. The rest was history.

Turki Alalshikh said on X of Arum’s 93rd birthday:

“Happy 93th Birthday to Bob Arum!”

Good run so far and many years ahead possibly too.

Hopefully Top Rank can do a better job than they did with Stevenson and Crawford though, respectfully.

Great card at the weekend from Top Rank in Arizona, some very good fights.

It will be interesting to see what broadcaster or network they stay on or go for in 2025 for their fights.
