The Usyk vs Fury 2 heavyweight title rematch scoring and judging has caused controversy across the world today in boxing and beyond.
Hall of Fame promoter Frank Warren who promotes Tyson Fury, whom lost a unanimous points decision to Usyk, was not impressed with the scorecards after the fight.
Speaking to Talk Sport ringside after the fight Warren said:
“The fact of the matter is one judge did not give Tyson a round from 6 onwards. How can that be? Is he blind? And the other two judges gave him one round from round 6 onwards. What fight are they watching?”
The trilogy is a natural thing people will be calling for after this, obviously.
What a fight though, a true quality heavyweight championship title fight.
