For a first in boxing history the fight organizers had an AI judge score a heavyweight title fight this weekend.
Most thought the fight was razor close, many thought Fury won while many thought Usyk one.
The AI boxing judge for the fight scored the bout 118-112 in favor of champion Usyk.
After the fight Fury said of it:
“By the review of that (how it scored the fight) absolutely (the future of it is) ****. Here’s one **** all the computers. Keep the humans going. More jobs for humans less jobs for computer and **** electric cars too while we are at it.”
Classic Fury. Ever the character and never shy of telling it like it is.
One of the great heavyweights of these times Fury, from dethroning all-time great Vladimir Klitschko on away soil in Germany to coming back from what he did with the weight and beating Wilder when he was an undefeated feared knockout artist (the biggest puncher ever in boxing history).
Whether a trilogy happens for him with Usyk remains to be seen.
