Tyson Fury weighed in the equivalent of over four weight divisions in professional boxing more than Oleksanr Usyk.
Heavyweight of course is the one weight division where there are no limits.
Speaking after the fight Usyk said laughing in great form when asked did Fury’s weight advantage of 55 pounds effect him on the night:
“Tyson weight (at the weigh-in) with t-shirt and jacket, boots, caps, maybe a double cheeseburger. I don’t know (laughs)”
Clearly not bothered by the size and weight disadvantage.
Indeed, both Fury and Usyk were in good form and all jokes after the fight.
Likely quite content such a savage three month training camp is now behind them.
