Undisputed heavyweight champion Usyk of Ukraine has revealed a story going viral on a special sword after defeating Tyson Fury a second time.
Usyk in the words of the Japanese is certainly a samurai swordsman warrior but in boxing terms — in today’s times.
Speaking on Instagram a short time ago Usyk posted this which is going viral around the world at the moment:
“The authentic saber of the remarkable Ukrainian Hetman (Field Marshal) Ivan Mazepa.
It was an honor for me to hold this unique artifact, over 300 years old. For centuries, Russia has tarnished the name of Hetman Mazepa. Now that name is returning to the global media sphere and will receive the recognition it deserves. This is just the beginning!”
Usyk is a champion of the world in all aspects upon inspection of his resume and victories to date, amateur and pro.
Not only has he beaten the best heavyweight fighters from all around the world but in many cases has even gone to their countries to do so.
