Oleksandr Usyk after the fight said God gave him supernatural strength to get the win a second time over Fury but also had some other support.
Not least a lot of Ukrainians and worldwide supporters of his boxing who travelled to Saudi Arabia this weekend.

Certainly a good win for team Usyk and Ukraine this weekend. Good for them. Well done and kudos. Hard luck to Fury and his team. That is how sport goes at the highest level. He will be back and Fury’s stock went up once again this weekend when he looks back on 2024, he will know it did.
The real winner once again was the sport of boxing however this weekend.
