Shakur Stevenson has some year full of ups and downs but more ups in the end he’s surely concede when weighing up the balancing scales.
He defended his WBC lightweight title and fought just once in 2024 beating Artem Harutyunyan via UD in Jersey in July 2024.
He then bust his hands and was sidelined and said on X this Christmas:
“Shout out to the ones who stuck wit me thru all the bs, Our time coming soon enough”
Broken hands aside he finished the year on a high note as usual and finished it strong.
Signing a big deal with Eddie Hearn’s Matchroom and returns to action on February 25th 2025 taking on Floyd Schofield.
