That’s Filipino Gerwin Asilo known as ‘The Gladiator’ who lost last October to Japan’s Tenshin Nasukawa in Japan.
It wasn’t long ago that Tenshin was knocked out by Floyd Mayweather.
Asilo is only 23 however and still has much promise, pending on his attitude and mentality in coming back.
He was dropped in the above lost on his way to dropping a points loss but he was in with a very motivated Tenshin.
There are so many young Filipino boxers breaking through at the moment in fights around the world.
The future is bright for Filipino boxing, clearly.
