There was plenty more big name MMA fighters and former legends who boxed too like Chael Sonnen, Anderson Silva and others.
Of course later this month Darren Till of Liverpool, UK will take on Anthony Taylor in Manchester on a Misfits Boxing card January 18th in an eight-rounder.
While some have been critical of these occurrences in the sweet science it only further shows how well boxing continues to do and grow as a sport with these big name MMA stars coming over to boxing.
