Jai Opetaia Reacts To Going 27-0

IBF cruiserweight world champion Jai Opetaia got big time boxing off to a bang in 2025 with another impressive win.

Opetaia is proving himself as a hard man to beat.

He went 27-0 yesterday with a big stoppage win over a previously unbeaten New Zealander and said on X:

“Glory to God. 27-0. #TeamOpetaia”

Indeed.

The boxing world has been very impressed with him.

Big things, big fights and big prizes ahead.

A great day for Australian boxing and sport too with such an impressive card’s action.

Boxing in Australia is set to go into a boom time with the growth in the sport worldwide and particularly after the acquisition of Foxtel by DAZN recently.
