Jaron ‘Boots’ Ennis is one of the most unknown world champions in boxing history, possibly, he will look to change that shortly.
2025 looks to be the year Ennis will finally land that marquee fight that his ability and pedigree merits.
First up though per the Ring Magazine on X a short time ago he must come through:
“Jaron ‘Boots’ Ennis vs Eimantas Stanionis is now nearly finalised for a WBA & IBF welterweight world title unification fight on April 12th at Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City, New Jersey, The Ring has learned.”
Good to see more world title action in New Jersey again this year.
