A short time ago some news that has taken many back sees Belfast’s blood and guts boxing warrior Michael Conlan back.
Brother to ‘The Mexican’ Jamie Conlan, Irish Mick Conlan has not fought since his TKO loss to Jordan Gill in December of 2023.
Some thought he may never come back to boxing but not the case per Wasserman Boxing on X a short time ago confirming:

Big news. No news of opponent yet but still big news, a tremendous fighter with a lot of heart and ability, and still only 33-years-old.
The Sauerland brothers are top operators to have as a promoter too.
Conlan had a big amateur career for Ireland and has three losses on his pro record thus far — it will be interesting to see who he has as trainer and what weight he comes back at soon enough.
Still a big name in boxing is Conlan and if he has the eye of the tiger back, expect some fan-friendly violence as always with Conlan.
