Inoue of course was known before today but after his four-round hammering of his South Korean opponent Kim on such a grand stage, and arena today in Japan, coupled with all the new platforms in South and Latin America that tuned in today to watch ‘The Monster’ — today was the day he became a superstar.
Arum seen moments ago in the great nation of Japan once more with his latest prize fighter he has taken to a new level:
Arum is by far the longest promoter at the highest level of the sport to compete at the very top level — there is almost no chance that anyone will ever equal that age in boxing again.
Similar to how Bernard Hopkins’ in-ring oldest world champion record will likely never be touched by anyone, nor will Arum’s outside of it record in promoting.
It must be the passion for the sport still driving him at that age to operate at the highest level not only in America but in Asia, Latin America, the Middle East and other territories too.
